The computer support technician installs, configures and troubleshoots fixed or mobile computer workstations, as well as their peripherals, in order to adapt the workstation to the needs of the user.
He/she assists the user on site, in a network environment, in order to ensure that his/her workstation functions correctly.
He/she intervenes alone, at the request of the user, his/her manager or the service centre. He/she works autonomously while respecting the customer's request and reporting according to predefined procedures.
Finally, the technician practices permanent technical monitoring.
